The journey that changed everything
Audrey Jett is a speaker, teacher, author, and founder of the Unlocked Life program — devoted to helping others experience healing, restoration, and life rooted in union with Jesus. Writing from both Scripture and lived experience, she speaks with compassion and authority to those shaped by trauma, church hurt, and performance-driven faith.
Audrey’s own journey through childhood abuse, forgiveness, and years of striving became an invitation to discover that healing is only the beginning. Along the way, she found that unresolved trauma can affect not only the soul but the body — an invitation to deeper healing and wholeness in Christ. Healing removes the veils that keep us from living from Christ’s life within us.
As she awakened to her beloved identity and the transforming grace of union with Jesus, she found the freedom of allowing Christ’s life—not performance—to define her.
She was certified in God’s Emergency Restoration program in 2015. And for more than a decade, Audrey has led women through healing and freedom, and she teaches regularly at Heritage Fellowship in Florence, Kentucky.
She is known for creating spaces marked by safety, truth, and hope, where transformation unfolds without pressure or performance. Audrey lives with her husband, Gerald, and is the proud mother of two adult sons. Known by many as “Momma Audrey,” she carries a deeply pastoral heart.
